THE BASiCS
Registered Name: Zamiel
Nickname: Zam
Age: 3 year old (Y5)
Breed: Thoroughbred
Colour & Markings: Chestnut
Height: 16.3hh
Gender: Colt
Personality: Judging from the way he acts, most would consider this colt possessed. He lashes out at anyone that wanders too close, he won't hesitate to attack someone, and he gives a new meaning to the word "misbehave". But Zamiel isn't possessed. At least, not in the theoretical sense. He's... well, psychotic, to put it simply. For example, Zam has a habit of kicking his stall door, to the point where the wood splinters. He's actually kicked through the door a few times, and had his leg cut up from the shards. He will also hurt himself, for no apparent reason. He'll arc his neck and start biting at his shoulder, his hind-quarters, any part of his body he can reach. He's very paranoid; his eyes seem to have a permanent ring of white fixed around them, and his pupils are nearly always contracted. Zamiel is very aggressive as well. He seems to think that everyone is out to get him, and will therefore attack anyone or anything that catches his eye. The only respite in his madness is when he's running. On the track, distracted by the thrill of galloping, Zamiel becomes almost normal. He listens to his jockey, doesn't try killing the other horses, and actually seems sort of happy. But right after his jockey reins him in, he's reverts back into his insane mental state. A fragile psyche and sheer strength meld together in this one colt, making him a deadly adversary on and off the track

Leg Type: Versatile- Zam is an incredibly tactical colt. Though he is very dominant, he has the smarts to submit to his jockey's directions [when at the track, at least]. He's one of our more versatile colts; his running style depends on the surface and distance of the race. For sprints, he's a front runner, mid distance races, he adopts a closer style, and for the longer lengths, he becomes one hell of a stalker.
